ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

  • All persons 18 years-old and above arriving in Ghana will be required to provide evidence of full vaccination for a COVID-19 vaccine. Citizens of Ghana and foreign residents who are not fully vaccinated, will, however, need to provide a negative PCR test result no more than 48-hours old, and will undergo an antigen test upon arrival in Ghana.   • Proof of Yellow Fever Vaccine is required for all US Citizens when entering Ghana.

  • The CDC recommends you visit your doctor (ideally, 4-6 weeks) before your trip to get vaccines or medicines you may need.

Flights:

Book roundtrip flights to Kotoka International Airport (ACC), and plan to arrive by 5:00 p.m. local time on August 29, 2024.

You may depart Accra anytime on September 6, 2024.

Physical Activities:

This journey includes daily walking tours on potentially unpaved paths, common in many areas of Ghana. We will do our best to accommodate all physical needs, however, please ensure that you are physically able to participate in those activities without complaint, if not then this may not be the best trip for you.

Payments & Payment Plans:

All payments to Adventure in Black are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Adventure in Black has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

Should you opt-in to our payment plan program, your invoice will clearly note your due dates and amount. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

A $75 late fee will be applied to all payments made after the 3-day grace period. Your trip is subject to cancellation after two missed payments.
