Engagement Expectations:
This getaway features minimal physical activities, with the focus mainly on enriching sessions and immersive experiences. While there's little to no strenuous movement involved, we encourage you to be open and receptive to the activities and speakers on offer. Your experience will be a reflection of the energy and commitment you bring. If you're not keen on full engagement, this might not be the ideal journey for you. Remember, the more you invest, the more transformative the return!
Payments & Payment Plans:
All payments to Adventure in Black are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Adventure in Black has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Should you opt-in to our payment plan program, your invoice will clearly note your due dates and amount. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
A $75 late fee will be applied to all payments made after the 3-day grace period. Your trip is subject to cancellation after two missed payments.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Travelers flying from the U.S. do not need a negative COVID-19 test before their flight to the country as of June 12, 2022.
The state of Baja California Sur, where Los Cabos is located, doesn't require the use of face coverings or masks for indoor or outdoor spaces.
Los Cabos will still have COVID-19 testing widely available at selected medical facilities. Los Cabos’ testing program provides a convenient, safe, and easy way for tourists to get tested.
Flights:
Book roundtrip flights to Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) and plan to arrive by 5:00 p.m. local time on July 16, 2024.
You may depart at any time on July 21, 2024, however please note, that checkout is at 11:00 a.m. local time.
Some people may choose to arrive a day earlier to combat jet lag! If you’re one of those people, just shoot us an email at info@adventureinblack.com so that we can arrange additional accommodations for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. Your premium is related to your trip cost, so you don’t have to worry about being over-insured. We recommend the Travel Insurance providers outlined below:

Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. If you are a non-US Citizen in order to participate in this experience, you must have a valid passport with an expiration date no SOONER than January 20, 2025., 2025.
